Originally from Flinders Island in Tasmania, Scott is now based in Launceston, with regular trips throughout the year to our Gold Coast office.
When not behind his desk, Scott enjoys hiking in the Tasmanian wilderness with his Wife Elle and taking their elderly dogs to the beach.

With a decade in the Accounting industry, after completing his University studies, Brad has called the Gold Coast home since 2015, working at two previous firms before joining 8 Collective.
A local from over the NSW border in Lismore and the only Twin in our office (Brad has a Twin Sister and two older Brothers), Brad loves spending time with his family including his three nephews.

Micha joins us with extensive customer service expertise. Originally from the tourism and hospitality industry, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and current accreditation’s in lending, Mischa started her career after University in a variety of 5-star hotels including QT Sydney.
With an English Mum and Palestinian Father, Micha was born in England and spent her younger childhood in the USA, before moving to New Zealand when she was 10 years old.
Micha returned home during Covid and worked at the Inland Revenue Department as part of the Covid Campaign Team.
Most recently at the National Australia Bank NAB as Customer Service Officer, Micha brings dedication and a further customer first approach to our team.
Fave food: A Foodie with a love of all, especially Pasta, Pizza and chocolate (if there is no coriander!)

Charles is our newest team member to join 8Collective.
A born and raised Tasmanian, in Launceston, Charles joins our Accountant Scott in our new Tasmanian based office. With regular trips to the Gold Coast, Charles will be looking forward to trying the best Pizza, his favourite food, that the Gold Coast has to offer!
Charles joins us after four years as an Accountant in the Agricultural Business Services and also runs his own Sporting and Workwear Apparel Company.
When not behind his desk, you’ll find Charles out on the Football or Cricket field.
